Should I make a Glad Twink?

So as a Templar I am a bit bored and always outmatched in PVP, but I want to PVP! I could spend 10mil to upgrade all aion gold my gear on Temp (which will take long time to accumulate). Or I can twink a toon. Seeing as im on daeva set 4/5, I'm choosing the latter. I'll just have my Temp live in SR for, well, ever lol.
So I plan to have daeva plate set 5/5 aion kina plus daeva weapon and will +10 it. Question is, should I go with my Ranger30 toon or my Glad30 toon to be my PVP toon?
I prefer the Glad, but I never see Glad twinks in Elten, it's always the usual suspects: SIN#1, RGR#2, with an occasional SM or CHTR. Can a Gladiator survive as a PVP hunter? I would keep him aion kinah at 35 - that's all he would do.
